Limeberry is a B2B outbound agency specializing in cold email lead generation for clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Over the past two years, we've booked more than 2,000 qualified sales meetings for our clients — and we're now scaling our GTM operations to match our growth.

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to take full ownership of cold email campaign execution across our client portfolio, while also contributing to the build-out of our internal GTM systems and processes.
You'll work closely with the founder and have the autonomy to leave a visible mark on how we operate. Initially, the role covers a broad range of fulfillment responsibilities — but as the team grows, it will evolve into a more specialized function tailored to your strengths and our needs.
This is a backend-facing role — no client success management or client-facing responsibilities.
- Scrape leads and build targeted prospect lists
- Build and manage cold email campaigns in Plusvibe
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns — A/B testing, deliverability, performance
- Build lightweight automations and workflows using Make, Google Apps Script, Webhooks, and similar tools
- 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound
- Hands-on experience building lead lists and running cold email campaigns
- Proficiency with tools like Clay, Make, and AI-powered outbound tools
- Strong written and spoken English
- Self-directed — you execute without needing hand-holding or micromanagement
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET, with flexibility when deadlines and KPIs are met
